We hope everyone enjoyed this competition which all went well and to time and it was nice to meet new competitors at our venue, and receive some nice feedback regarding our venue and organisation of the competition. We provide a copy of the results below which we had sent to British Dressage for reference, but ask if competitors could refer to the official BD web site for their results and their allocated points. Our next Affiliated shows will be held on Saturday  8th June and then Friday 28th June  where we are running tests from Novice to Advance Medium levels. We are pleased to advise that we have a vacancy for a Part Time Cook / General Kitchen Manager who will be responsible for the cooking and management of our kitchen during show days. The work involves weekend working (normally up to 5 days in the month) with varying hours depending on entry levels for competitions. There may be a further option for working some evenings during a month, subject to agreement. Catering experience would be preferred though training will be offered as required to at least CIEH Level 2 in food hygiene and safety. Our kitchen has a 5 star award for hygiene standards, and the successful applicant must be willing to work within the CIEH guidelines Other requirements are that they are honest, reliable and happy to work with the general public. The applicant must have transport and we are offering a starting rate between £4.50 and  £7.00

Just to remind everyone that though we have been on holiday, we are back now so you can still enter the unaffiliated dressage competition we are running on Sunday 19th May and we will accept entries up until Wednesday morning (15.05.13). We hope everyone enjoyed this competition which went well and to time, though a special thank you to Julia Whittle who helped us at short notice in our kitchen, as our staff member was taken ill on the day. We congratulate all the winners of the classes who won a rosette and it was nice to meet new competitors at our venue. Our next Unaffiliated competition will be our clildren’s and adult  dressage competition ‘Cricklands Qualifier’ to be held on Sunday 19th May. Our next unaffiliated show jumping competitions will be a ‘Cricklands Qualifiers’ on the evening of Friday 24th May and our next show jumping competition with prize money will be held on Sunday 16th June, so hopefully we will see you all and others at these next competitions. We hope everyone enjoyed this evening competition which all went well and to time. It was a lovely mild evening though windy, but it is great to now be out in the lighter evenings. We had a number of new competitors which was most encouraging and received some nice comments on the organisation of the event. The results are provided below and we look forward to seeing you all and others at our next unaffiliated evening dressage competition to be held on Tuesday 11th June.
