We offer secure, safe storage for caravans, motor homes, camper vans etc. all accessible via a powered security gate.

This CaSSOA Platinum Awarded storage facility is indoor and designed to enable easy access to your Bay once the door entry security has been completed.

We include 24 hr CCTV video surveillance, door access control, generous 8m x 3.5m storage bay sizes, modern fire and emergency light systems and adequate provision of fire extinguishers. We also provide a vehicle wash facility (small additional charge), free use of a compressed air line for tyres, and a chemical closet disposal point, for emptying effluent.  Our general opening hours from 8.00 am until dusk or 7:00 pm, whichever is the earliest, throughout the year.

We hold CaSSOA membership with a Platinum Award Standard.

You are welcome to leave your private car in your designated storage Bay whilst you take your motorhome out, until you return.

We charge a competitive hire rate for a Bay and as long as your caravan or motorhome fits sensibly within the Bay, there will be no extra charge. The rental fee is based on an annual payment for all year round storage. An Installment can be arranged though management fee will apply. Our 2024 / 25 rates are now available on request.

Storing your caravan or motorhome under cover in a fully enclosed building will greatly reduce overall corrosion of your vehicle, and it will significantly reduce the effects of sunlight fading on paintwork and will help prevent the growth of algae on the outside.

Home Farm (Cheltenham) Caravan Storage Limited (Company Registration Number 13930578).

On the premises there is a separate Company which offers outdoor storage only, for the safe storage of Caravan’s, Motorhomes , Camper van’s etc. This business has a CaSSOA rating of Silver Award. The storage area includes 42 Bays on hard standing and is compounded with perimeter security fences, ditches and mounds including the use of security barriers at access and egress points. The 2024 rate are available on request. Clients have the option of paying in advance 2-3 months (or longer by agreement, up to 12 months), with the initial period being a minimum of 6 months.

Please could any enquirer be aware that we will NOT  consider anyone who approaches us for possible storage of their caravan or motorhome without them first providing ID and clear evidence that they own their vehicle and they have suitable insurance.  We will retain a copy of their ID (Passport / driving Licence)  and CRIS Registration  or V5C Registration document for a Motorhome as required, along with their  Insurance details.

If an enquirer does NOT have this information, then please do not consider our premises for storage.
