Rules & Conditions
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all time.
- Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on leads at all times; any fouling must be removed from the premises.
- No haynets to be tied up outside lorries/trailers. Any mess must bve cleared up and put in the wheelbarrows provided.
- All droppings to be picked up in Lorry Park and put in wheelbarrows provided.
- A designated smoking area has been provided outside the main entrance so please do not smoke elsewhere on the premises.
- No one is permitted anywhere other than the Equestrian Centre facilities.
- All litter must be put in bins provided.
- No lunging in any arena’s.
- Competition Entry Fees will not be refunded after closing date, unless a Vet/Dr Certificate is supplied.
- Hard hats to current BSI Standards must be worn at all times when mounted. Dressage riders must provide hats in accordance with current British DRessage Rules effective from 1st December 2011.
- The organisers accept no responsibility for any accident, damage, injury or illness to Horses, Ponies, Riders, Grooms, Spectators or any other Person or Property whatsoever. The Organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials, stewards and displayed notices.
- All show jumping events are to be run under BSJA rules and all dressage events are to be run under British Dressage rules.
